Jushinsha Hassle-Free Return Promise
Enjoy 30-day returns from delivery date. Please review our guidelines below:


1. Return Process Guidelines
a) ​Initiate Request
Email customer@jushinsha.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product condition photos (tags/packaging visible)
  • Reason for return

b) ​Authorization
We'll respond within 48 hours with:

  • Pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#)
  • Designated return center address
  • Custom packaging instructions

c) ​Shipment Preparation

  • Repackage using original materials with tags intact
  • Use trackable shipping method
  • Email us the tracking number

d) ​Inspection & Refund
Quality checks completed within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days.


2. Eligibility Criteria
a) ​Acceptable Conditions

  • Unused/unwashed with no signs of wear
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase
  • Valid RMA# required

b) ​Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/personalized products
  • Final sale/clearance merchandise
  • Opened personal care items

3. Exchange Procedure
We currently prioritize efficient refunds. To "exchange":

  1. Return original item for refund
  2. Place new order for replacement
  3. Email us for expedited processing (reference original order#)

4. Defective/Damaged Goods
For manufacturing defects or shipping errors:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Submit photos showing:
    • Shipping box exterior (all six sides)
    • Damaged/incorrect item details
      We cover return shipping and prioritize replacements, plus 10% loyalty credit.

6. Prepaid Label Instructions

  1. Complete enclosed Return Form
  2. Repackage items with form in original box
  3. Cover original label & attach prepaid return label
  4. Drop at any USPS location

$9.99 label service fee applies (waived for quality issues)


7. Third-Party Shipping
If using alternate carriers:

  • Clearly mark RMA# on all box sides
  • Insure package & retain shipping receipt
  • Address to:
    Jushinsha Quality Inspection Center
    [Specific address provided upon approval]

8. Timelines & Tracking

  • Inspection updates: Email notification within 3 business days of delivery
  • Refund acceleration: Credit card users may contact issuers for pending credit removal
  • Shipment tracking: Use USPS tracking with provided RMA#
